We are currently unable to ship bulky items to NZ.
Generally we will ship all items to NZ via DHL.
All deliveries are fully insured against damage.

All FCS deliveries have a unique tracking number and link which will be emailed to you when the order is dispatched. Delivery progress can then be tracked either via the DHL website here.

Small Items (fins, leashes, tail pads etc): In most cases orders received before 7am on a business day are dispatched via DHL the same day, & received within 3-5 next business days in metro areas. For other areas please allow 5-7 days.
Large Items (board covers, luggage): We will endeavour to have your product delivered as fast as possible. Delivery times vary depending on your location but generally allow up to 7 business days from receipt of dispatch confirmation to be sure.
