Please take a moment to carefully review these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the FCS Rewards Loyalty Program, you acknowledge that you've read and agreed to abide by all the terms outlined here, including those referenced within.

The FCS Rewards loyalty program, referred to as the "Loyalty Program," is a customer appreciation initiative provided by FCS, available to eligible customers in Australia. To be eligible, you must meet the criteria outlined below and agree to the terms. Please note that individuals associated with FCS such as employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives, are not eligible for membership.

FCS reserves the right to adjust, limit, or modify the rules, benefits, or any aspect of the Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice, at its discretion. This includes the possibility of suspending or terminating the Loyalty Program. In such cases, any accumulated points may be affected, and memberships may be terminated if violations of the Terms and Conditions are found.

As a member of the Loyalty Program, you earn points through eligible purchases at FCS online. These points contribute to unlocking various rewards determined by FCS. Points cannot be transferred or traded for cash.

To enrol in the Loyalty Program, simply join online. You'll need to create an online user account to participate fully. By doing so, you agree to receive occasional communications from FCS, some of which may include promotional content.

Your membership is personal and non-transferable, limited to one per person and email address. In cases of dispute over account ownership, the registered email holder will be deemed the rightful owner. Membership, points, and rewards cannot be transferred or assigned.

Upon joining, you'll receive 10% off your first purchase and you will continue to earn points with every eligible purchase and participation in special programs. These points can be redeemed for rewards, including discounts on future purchases, birthday offers, and other exclusive benefits.

Earning points and benefits:

• 10% off first order when you sign up to the program
• You will begin earning Points when you join Loyalty Program. You will also earn Points on all Eligible Purchases and participation in other special programs and promotional offers.
• You shall earn one (1) Point for every Australian dollar ($1.00) you spend on the FCS website/online store
• Birthday Offer: Following your enrolment in Loyalty Program, you will receive a 50 points once a year at the beginning of the month in which you celebrate your birthday.
• Free standard shipping: You shall receive free standard shipping on all purchases made on the Sites within Australia. You must be logged into your account to activate the free standard shipping. Discount applied at check-out and only applies to shipping to one location.
• A once off free fin replacement (*see T&C’s below)

Redeeming points

• If you accumulate 300 Points or more but less than 600 Points, you shall receive a Reward of $15 off your next purchase of $25 or more.
   If you accumulate 600 Points or more but less than 900 Points, you shall receive a Reward of $30 off your next purchase of $50 or more.
   If you accumulate 900 Points or more but less than 1200 Points, you shall receive a Reward of $45 off your next purchase of $75 or more. 
  •    If you accumulate 1200 Points or more but less than 1500 Points, you shall receive a Reward of $60 off your next purchase of $100 or more.
  •    If you accumulate 1500 Points or more, you shall receive a Reward of $75 off your next purchase of $125 or more.
  •    If you accumulate 1800 Points or more, you shall receive a Reward of $90 off your next purchase of $150 or more
  •    If you accumulate 2100 Points or more, you shall receive a Reward of $105 off your next purchase of $175 or more.

Maintaining the security of your account is essential. You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breaches. Failure to do so may compromise the security of your account, for which FCS cannot be held liable.

Fraudulent activities, misuse, or violations of the Loyalty Program's terms will result in immediate suspension or termination of membership, along with the forfeiture of any accumulated points or rewards.

FCS reserves the right to amend or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time without notice, and it will not be liable for any resulting consequences. Participation in the Loyalty Program is subject to our Privacy Policy, and by joining, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined therein.

By participating in the Loyalty Program, you agree that it's provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no warranties of any kind, and you accept full responsibility for any risks associated with your participation. FCS will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred during your involvement in the program.

Fin replacement T&C *

• Upon signing up to FCS rewards program you will receive a code to redeem one fin replacement which will be used upon check out of your fin replacement purchase
• Not all types of fins will be available through FCS’s fin replacement online store.
