By registering for the FCS Fin Registration Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Program Overview
The FCS Fin Registration Program allows registered customers to claim up to two (2) single fin replacements per calendar year, subject to availability and the conditions outlined below.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for the Program, you must:
• Provide accurate personal and contact details upon registration.
• Register only genuine FCS products that you own.
• Agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
3. Fin Replacement Terms
• Each eligible customer may request up to two (2) single-fin replacements per year.
• Fin replacements are only available for models that are currently in stock and still being sold by FCS.
• Fin replacements are only for the FCS 2 model fins
• FCS does not guarantee availability of specific fin models at the time of your request.
• Fins must be registered under your account at the time of the claim.
4. Shipping and Handling
• Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with receiving replacement fins.
• Shipping fees must be paid prior to the dispatch of the replacement item.
5. Program Limitations
• The Program does not cover lost or stolen fins, nor does it apply to damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper installation.
• Replacement fins may be new or refurbished and are provided at FCS’s discretion.
• This Program is non-transferable and may be revoked if any fraudulent activity or abuse is suspected.
6. Modifications and Termination
FCS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
